Town Hall Music Film Festival
The music fans have the opportunity to see on-screen performances of operas, operettas, ballets, classical and jazz music from the beginning of July to September 3, 2006 at Town Hall Square (Rathausplatz) in Vienna each day after sunset. This year's festival is dedicated to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Mozart's concerts from Vienna, Prague and Salzburg are featured in the programme.
Jazz fans can do even more than to watch projections. Cycle Jazz Sundays are full of young musicians (Classic Swing Company, Picadilly Onions, Blue Note Six) in live concerts, appearances will be accompanied by foreign cuisine presentations.
Projections start after sunset at about 9:30 pm, entry is free.
