The slopes of the Small Carpathian mountains with clay-sandstone
soild have perfect confitions for growing grapes. Vineyards in the
region have a tradition going back over two thousand years. Top
varietals produced here include the Gruner Veltliner, Olasz Riesling,
Blaufrankish, Rhein Riesling and Blauer Portugieser.
The Wine Route leads through picturesque small towns in the mountainous region of Small Carpathian Mountains near Bratislava.
Key attractions include a Wine Museum and private cellars with wine tasting.

i will be in prague for business and wanted to visit brarislava. i assume there are trains from prague to bratislava, is it easy to get there?
