Ryanair launches Bratislava-Milan flights in October 2005
Bratislava, July 27, 2005 (BratislavaGuide.com) - The low cost airline Ryanair announced it would launch daily flights from Milan to Bratislava from October 2005. The route is presently served by another low cost airline, SkyEurope (book tickets here).
Bratislava represents Ryanair's first Eastern Europe destination served from the Milan airport. The flights will serve Bratislava's rapidly expanding Milan Rastislav Stefanik Airport, located about 12 km from the city centre and a mere 60 km from the Austrian capital Vienna.
Ryanair is the third low cost airline to serve the Bratislava airport after SkyEurope with a major hub in Bratislava and Easyjet.
