Passenger Ship Port
Situated on the Old Town side of the Danube River, just a few steps from the historic Bratislava downtown, between the New Bridge and the Old Bridge, less than a 5 minute walk from Hviezdoslavovo Square. It is a small building near the docks and houses several small vendors. Vendors there deal with the sale and booking of tickets, catering, organizing charters, programs, and guided tours. On display are handcrafted miniatures of scale model vessels and other decorative
articles with a nautical theme.
There is a restaurant,and cafe. Tourist guidebooks, postcards, international daily newspapers, and other items are also available.
Danuber river boats dock at or near the Passenger Ship Port, which is located right by the building of the Slovak National Museum..
Next to the port a paid guarded parking area is available for buses and cars.
The nearest public transport stops are at Namestie Ludovita Stura (a 2 minute walk) for trams and Safarikovo namestie (a 5 minute walk) for buses.
