Nu Spirit Bar
Established in 2001 and formerly known as Buddha bar, Nu Spirit is a club with atmosphere and a smooth nu jazz sound. They call themselves the base of Slovak nu jazz and a place for people who want to go beyond mainstream with their musical tastes.
It's sometimes a calm place sometimes a place to find music with a strong beat and the stranger gets the feeling walking in that he is walking into a place where everyone else in the room knows each other. Nu Spirit hosts frequent events.
The club is hidden down a quiet side street, less than a five minute walk from Hviezdoslavovo Namestie (Hviezdoslavovo Square) in the center of town, and is located underground, as are many other interesting and unexpected surprises in Bratislava.
