Venue: Bratislava Ondrej Nepela Arena (presently Samsung Arena) and the Steel Arena in Kosice
75th International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship will take place in Slovakia in Bratislava and Kosice.
The Bratislava venue for the tournament is the Ondrej Nepela Arena presently undergoing extensive reconstruction. The arena will fit 10,000 spectators and the following games will be played here: Pre-Round, Qualifying Round, two Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, Bronze-medal-game, Final, Relegation
16 teams participating in the tournament will play 56 games.
Organisers aim to attract a total of 350,000 fans.
