Summer of Culture in Bratislava Starts in June
The city of Bratislava organizes 36th annual Summer of Culture in the streets of the city.
This event can be called a festival of culture as it covers most of the culture of Bratislava during the summer months. Summer of Culture usually starts in the last weeks of June and last till the beginning of September.
People can look forward to many concerts of different genre, like jazz, folklore, folk, country, world, ethno and classical music. There will also be plenty of interactive and funny programs for children as well as for the whole families.
Part of the Summer of Culture is also a music festival Viva Musica which might be of interest of the jazz lovers.
Also, special theatre performances will be on the schedule of the culture festival.
The detailed program of the event should be issued by the BKIS by the beginning of June.
