Horse Races in Bratislava
Bratislava's hippodrome, the horse-racing track is located in Petrzalka on the right side of the Danube. In season between April and October over 20 races take place usually on Sundays between 2 p.m. (1 p.m. in the autumn) and 6 p.m.
The hippodrome occupies a 27.7 hectare area with the racing track itself on 18.3 hectares. Tickets are sold for € 1.33 adults and € 0.66 for students pensioners and soldiers. Children under the age of 10 have free entry.
