Horse Races in Bratislava
Bratislava's hippodrome, the horse-racing track is located in Petrzalka on the right side of the Danube. In season between April and October over 20 races take place usually on Sundays between 2 p.m. (1 p.m. in the autumn) and 6 p.m.
The hippodrome occupies a 27.7 hectare area with the racing track itself on 18.3 hectares. Tickets are sold for SKK 40 (EUR 1.32) adults and SKK 20 (EUR 0.66) for students pensioners and soldiers. Children under the age of 10 have free entry.
