Bratislava Bars
The key night life areas within the centre of Bratislava are in the Hviezdoslavovo Square and the Korzo pedestrian zone which includes the streets of Venturska, Panska, Michalska and Sedlarska.
The Malecon at Mostova draws crowds for their mojitos and tasty food. Paparazzi at Laurinska serves modern international cuisine and an eclectic cocktail menu to a cosmopolitan crowd. The Antinori is of the same flavour, as is the Greenwich Pub on Zelena, known to the locals as the Coctail Bar (sic), but does not serve food. . Downtown on Klariska is a hip, trendy bar also serving food. Destination Vodka Bar, located on Panenska, is one of the newest bars in the center and offers three floors with two bars.
On the side of the castle hill on Beblaveho street you can find a few friendly bars clustered together, some open late and remain open until the early hours. Both U Certa, Vydrica, and Andy Drink-in Gallery are well worth visiting for their laid back ambience and local crowd. This neighborhood is quite charming and there is a growing number of new spots as well. Also U Dobreho Pastiera and Azyl Club are nearby.
One popular spot outside of the centre that is well worth a taxi ride is the Harley Davidson. Harley Davidson is a large and popular pub playing mainly rock and oldies located on Rebarborova (20 minutes by taxi). Don't let the name fool you, Harley Davidson draws a much more diverse crowd than only the local bikers.

Gentlemen...if you are coming here expecting to get laid just because you are a foreigner, I have bad news for you. Slovak women are Catholic and typically very family orientated. They are attracted by men that can provide long term support and show father like characteristics.
They are generally not the women who jump into bed with strange men for one night due to empty promises of far off riches in a Western country.
I see many men that come to this country with that stereotype -- which I assume is based on watching too much Czech and Hungarian porno-- and they wander around all night with their male friends wondering why these women aren't giving themselves over to them despite their prodigious Western charms.
So as not to only tell you guys how lame you are for your elitist attitude, I can say the following to try to help you.
Slovak women are open and friendly and will usually talk to you out of curiosity of you are a foreigner. But if you want to spend time with one then you have to be kind, charming, fun, and interesting...just like you would in any country with any woman. Treat them with respect and not like that cliche Eastern European woman you see in bad movies.
Maybe you'll have the good fortune to meet one of these beauties if you do this. But if you are here just looking to score for one night, then you are better off going to a pub in England than Bratislava.

Bad news from bleakest Bratislava. This city if dull, unfriendly, badly overpriced and full of sulking tarts and rip of taxi bandits. Best off heading to Prague. Bratislava is years behind the Czechs. Avoid SK.

The prices of beer in downtown can range from 1-4 euros. If you dont want to spend much and stay in downtown, there are several places with beer for 1-1.50 Euros.
